The Fidelity Group’s Residential Communities are exclusively located in Northumberland County, 1 hour east of the GTA. Although the Build Here with Fidelity initiative is based around residential development, it’s ultimately about people. The team at Fidelity have grown up in the community and have always been proud to call Northumberland County home.  For us, it’s personal.
